Vintage Rug Love

Thanks for choosing a vintage wool rug for your home! I recommend vacuuming your new (old) rug a couple of times a month with the rotary motion of your vacuum turned off or using the hand held suction attachment, moving side to side instead of fringe to fringe. 

Spill & spot treatment. Wool doesn't love being wet, soak up any excess moisture immediately by blotting with a clean absorbent cloth. If absolutely needed you can use a combination of cold water, vinegar & a touch of organic dish detergent to spot clean. Try to pat and not rub so the stain doesn't spread.
